I find that through the day I have many random thoughts that I think are pearls of wisdom worth recording for posterity. The problem is that they are random and therefore fleeting. I usually have these wise thoughts while showering, driving or cooking which means I don't usually have the means to record such wisdom and therefore can't remember what on earth my great thoughts were in the first place. Having said that I will refer to a great man of radom thoughts jack handy who penned one of my favorites "I hope life isn't a big joke, because I don't get it."
