You can probably gather that like most people I don't thoroughly enjoy cleaning. I like the results after spending time using my elbow grease and Ajax but cleaning isn't high on my list of favorite things to do. That being said, I cleaned the bathroom today. This is significant because on my list of things I actually don't mind to clean the bathroom is on the bottom. I can't stand it!! It is gross and tedious. Most people that know me well know this about me, including my dear sweet Grandma. Well that dear sweet woman gave me an early birthday present. It was shower curtains for every holiday of the year starting with Valentine's Day. This was so sweet and thoughtful in more ways than just a birthday present. Why is that? Well, I clean my bathroom regularly with Clorox wipes and Windex, but I don't deep clean it more than once every 8 to 10 days. If I am really having a bad month than, I am embarrassed to admit, I clean it once a month thoroughly. I know, I know, GROSS, but I as I said I am using the Clorox wipes regularly. That is my justification. So back to why this makes Grandma so thoughtful, well, by making me change the shower curtain every month for each holiday it assures that I keep it clean. By clean this means a really deep clean. So I cleaned the bathroom today and put up a new shower curtain for February. For those of you that will use my bathroom this month coming over sooner than later assures that you get the bathroom at it's cleanest.
